RevSplitPay
Worked with
A simpler way to manage commissions, payouts, and payments.
RevSplitPay is a platform that helps teams manage commission splits, client payments, and contractor payouts in one place.
I designed the product from the ground up, covering the main dashboard, transactions, commissions, payouts, clients, payment links, reports, integrations, and the overall admin experience.
The Challenge
Managing commissions and payouts across different clients and team members can get messy pretty quickly.
RevSplitPay needed a clear way for teams to see what was happening with their money, manage commission splits, track payments, and handle payouts without jumping between different tools.
The goal was to make all of this easy to understand and simple to manage.
What I Did
I worked on the product UX and UI across the platform, including:
Dashboard
Transactions
Commissions
Payouts
Clients
Payment links
Reports
Support tickets
Integrations
Onboarding
I also worked through the different states and flows so users could easily understand what was paid, what was pending, and what needed their attention.

The Dashboard
The dashboard brings the important numbers together in one place — payment volume, MRR, active clients, commissions, payout fees, and recent activity.
The idea was simple: open the dashboard and know what's going on without having to dig through different sections.
Commissions & Payouts
A big part of RevSplitPay is handling commission splits.
Users can connect their deals and contacts, set up splits, and manage payouts for their team or contractors.
I designed these flows to make the numbers easy to follow and reduce the confusion that usually comes with managing multiple people and payments.
Integrations
RevSplitPay also connects with tools teams already use, including Stripe, Calendars, and more.
I designed the integration experience around a simple setup process so users could connect their tools without getting lost in settings.
The Result
The final product brings payments, commissions, clients, and payouts into one place.
My focus throughout the project was keeping a complex product simple enough that a team could open it, understand what's happening, and get things done without needing a manual guide.
